CANCELLATION POLICY

30% payment for booking is not refundable, (Italian Civil Code: art. 1385 Caparra confirmativa)

Second final payment should be done 6 weeks before arrival.

In case of cancellation 6 weeks before arrival we will offer a free voucher for a new reservations. In case your reservation will be from low season to high season you will have to pay the different price.
