PENTHOUSE CORDARI

An old house of 18th century with a contemporary touch and taste.
The building is situated at few steps from Piazza Duomo the hearth of Ortigia, in the area of Bottai, in Via dei Cordari (Rope-makers), one of the oldest street of the city (750 B.C.) that still conserve the urban fabric of the ancient greek city.
A beautiful place to stay in the hearth of the old center of the city of Syracuse with a stunning terrace full of sun.

CASA DEL FORTE

A former fisherman house in the Ortigia Island, the center of Syracuse and at walking distance from everything you want to do and see.
With its original atmosphere kept, the house has been renewed with sophisticated simplicity and combining traditional materials with a contemporary style.
The Terrace has the size of a small plaza and has the same atmosphere of a typical "piazzetta" facing the sea.
Additional to the amazing view and location you will find an open air shower marked by a giant red circle (indicating the direction of the sunrise) and is the perfect place for a relax sun bathing in the City Center.

The Sea House is located in the marine reserve of Plemmirio, 15 minutes by car in the south of Syracuse. The wild Mediterranean sea is just a two minute walk from your door, ideal for a warm swim and the snorkelling activities. A full-length window captures the breathtaking views of the sea extending forth. This is a perfect place to escape from your busy life and relax by the sea.
